Orders and support

Shipping

Orders leave the farm twice a week, packed snugly in straw and cardboard. Most parcels arrive within three to five days, and postage is free over a dozen jars.

Returns

If a jar arrives cracked or leaking, send us a photo within two weeks and we will replace it or refund you — no need to post anything back.

Wholesale

Bakeries, cafes and farm shops can order by the case with full batch records. Write to us with your weekly needs and we will set up a standing harvest slot.

Questions

Honey questions, answered

Yes. Our honey is never heated and only coarsely strained, so the pollen, enzymes and flavour of each harvest stay in the jar — exactly as the bees made it.

Crystallising is natural — it means the honey is real and full of glucose. Stand the jar in warm (not hot) water and stir gently, and it will turn liquid and golden again.

Keep the lid on tight in a cool, dark cupboard. Honey keeps practically forever at room temperature — please do not refrigerate it, as the cold speeds up crystallising.

We ship twice a week across the country, packed in straw so jars arrive safe. Most orders land within three to five days, and postage is free over a dozen jars.

Yes — the farm shop is open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and we run short guided yard visits on Saturdays in summer. Choose “Farm visit” above and we will save you a veil.
