What we collect
When you order honey, we keep your name, delivery address, phone number and order details so we can pack and post your parcel. If you join our newsletter, we keep your email address so we can send harvest news and seasonal releases. That is all — we never ask for anything we do not need.
How we use it
Order details are used to fulfil your purchase, arrange delivery and sort out any problems with your parcel. Newsletter emails are used only for our own letters, which you can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in every message. We never sell your details or share them with anyone except the services that help us run the farm shop.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses a small number of cookies to remember your cart and to understand, in general terms, which pages visitors find useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still work, though your cart may not remember itself between visits.
Card payments
Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider at checkout. Your full card number never touches our hands or our servers — we only ever see that your payment went through.
Your rights
You may ask at any time what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. To do any of these, just write to us and we will take care of it promptly.
